Abstract

There are many different types of models to describe various aspects of software from inception to completion. Some of these models are the basis for defining software metrics. In this paper, we propose a generalized formal structural model for traditional structured programs such as 3/4 GLs. We provide a formal definition using conventional notations for our proposed model covering information flow, control flow and combination of information and control flows.
