In virtual reality interfaces, realistic animation of virtual agents enhances human-computer interaction by supporting direct engagement in the virtual environment. Visual programming by example allows designers to define animation rules by "training" agents, thereby building behavioral rules into specification models that run automatically during the execution of the virtual environment. This allows for direct and effective replication of real-life phenomena and agent reactions to environment stimuli.Contact: Enrico Vicario, Dip.
