The life cycle of Web service includes analysis, design, implementation and maintenance stages. The majority of existing Web tools only address the implementation phase and lack support for other stages. Our experiences in building and maintaining the annual Vienna International Festival's Web site have led us to create engineering tools that cover all phases.
