Abstract

In general, there are two categories in digital still camera (DSC). One is the camera which uses a black box and lens of the camera with CCD (charge coupled device) back unit which has more than 3 million pixels. Its prise is normally more than $50 million. It is so called "professional / business use" digital camera. The another is the digital camera which uses CCD with more than 350 thousands and up to over 1 million pixels. This type of camera is so called "consumer use" digital camera. And later camera's market has been growing dramatically in last 3 years, because of its easy to handle and of its reasonable price for the picture quality. Herewith, I will explain image capturing system for "consumer use" type of DSC.
