This paper introduces a global geometrical modeling approach to represent the heart and its main vessels. It takes into account that this model will be used for heart motion analysis: we have emphasized the role of organ structures because they should be a support for motion representation. But heart and vessels refer to different types of structures: thus, we have defined two different geometrical modeling approaches to handle these two anatomical elements.
