Abstract

Wireless access to the Internet has opened the door to a new range of computer applications, designed to satisfy the requirement of the mobile user, equipped with a personal digital assistant or cell phone device. In the educational field, the mobile communication environment allows students to access registrar records, enter enrollment information, obtain grades, etc. This paper describes the use of mobile devices in helping students prepare for knowledge tests and required concepts, followed by an in-depth description of the interactive wireless experimental application.
