This paper describes the design methodology and resultant implementation of a large-scale computer systems simulation model. A hierarchical approach is determined appropriate for the system design specification. The model implementation is highlighted, demonstrating that hierarchical, reentrant processes can be effectively modeled in the GASP simulation language.
