Abstract

A discussion of an in-service course designed to give high school teachers the background needed to teach an Advanced Placement course in Computer Science is presented. The discussion outlines the decisions made regarding equipment and other facilities, support personnel, and textbooks. Course outlines are presented, along with an evaluation of the course.
