Abstract

Voice over IP (VoIP) can be used in a wide variety of ap-plications, all having different requirements.In this paperwe present JVOIPLIB and JRTPLIB, a VoIP library and anRTP library respectively.Together they make it possible toeasily add VoIP to various types of applications.Both li-braries are written in a object-oriented style in C++, areopen-source and are both very extensible.Several measureshave been take to allow good synchronizatio between thecommunicating parties.
