Abstract

The World Bank, a multilateral development bank, hasused Ventana 's GroupSystems V on three differentoccasions in two African countries to gather input onWorld Bank strategies from a wide variety ofstakeholders (government officials, public and privatesector, and tribal chiefs). This tool has enabled theWorld Bank to produce strategies more reflective ofstakeholders ' needs in an efficient and cost-effectivefashion.
