Implicit information embedded in semantic web graphs, such as topography, clusters, and disconnectedsubgraphs is difficult to extract from text files.Visualizations of the graphs can reveal some of thesefeatures, but existing systems for visualizing metadatafocus on aspects other than understanding the greaterstructure. In this paper, we present a tool for generatingvisualizations of ontologies and metadata by using amodified spring embedder to achieve an automaticlayout. Through a case study using a mid-sizedontology, we show that interesting information aboutthe data relationships can be extracted through ourvisualization of the physical graph structure.
