Abstract

This paper presents a comparative analysis of knowledgesharing approaches of agile and Tayloristic (traditional)software development teams. Issues of knowledgecreation, knowledge conversion and transfer, continuouslearning, competence management and team compositionare discussed. Experience repositories and other tools forknowledge dissemination are examined.
