Abstract

This paper reports on the results (so far) of a three year project to integrate commercial CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) methodologies and tools into Computer Science undergraduate education at the University of British Columbia. We outline the main objectives of this initiative, choices made, implementation and difficulties encountered. We also offer some suggestions to CASE vendors for improving the chances of having their tools used successfully in educational programs.
