In this paper, we present a virtual laboratory, which isdesigned and implemented in the framework of theVirRAD European project. This laboratory represents a3D simulation of a radio-pharmacy laboratory, wherelearners, represented by 3D avatars, can experiment onradio-pharmacy equipment by carrying out specificlearning scenarios. This paper describes the functionalityprovided by this laboratory, the motivation factors whichled to its formation, the technological decisions that weremade for the optimization of the system as well as theenvisioned steps to be carried out.
