This paper presents a novel approach for messagingsystems with content-based subscription in mobile ad-hocnetworks. Dynamic construction of an event disseminationstructure to route events from message producers to consumersis important to support rapidly changing multi-hoptopologies over wireless links. The proposed approach usessummaries of content-based subscriptions to construct anevent dissemination structure and Bloom filters are used tosummarize subscriptions. We extend ODMRP (On-DemandMulticast Routing Protocol) to utilize this context from themiddleware tier and construct an optimized dynamic disseminationmesh. ODMRP's mesh topology gives extra reliabilitycompared to the tree structure in unstable mobile ad-hocnetwork environments.
