Abstract

This paper presents two stochastic programming models for vehicle routing problems with stochastic demands and travel times, including chance-constrained programming models and dependent-chance programming models. A genetic algorithm is also designed for solving the proposed stochastic programming models and the effectiveness of genetic algorithm is illustrated by some numerical examples.
