Visualization

Abstract

A web site for algorithm visualization is described. The site features paradigms for algorithm development, along with selected problems and algorithms. The objective is to aid students to visualize the behavior of these algorithms. The visualization employs a dynamic display of high-level pseudo code with an indicator as to the current step being executed. Execution is controlled by the user and is coordinated with a 2D graphics illustration of the effects of the individual steps.
