Abstract

Trust is emerging as a key element of success in the on-line environment. Many people do not trust in the electronic trade because of the trust problem. The behaviors of distrust or cheating are happened in electronic trade from time to time recently, especially in C2C electronic trade. The paper analyses the necessity of establishing the transaction credit evaluation, and proposes the transaction credit evaluation model and assessment method in C2C electronic trade. The model and method aims at providing helps to prevent the transaction side from cheating in a certain degree during the transaction, and helps to establish a trustworthy electronic trade environment.
