In business processes, people need to communicate using various devices with different capabilities while executing actions in certain roles. Therefore user interfaces should be agile to adapt to this kind of heterogeneous situation. We have identified five key requirements and some principles to help developers to achieve this agility and applied these techniques in a group messaging scenario.
