Abstract

The author discusses the principles of invisibility and stealth and antistealth technologies from a computer graphics viewpoint. He presents the digital chameleon principle that relies on dynamically capturing and reproducing 4D light fields. That is, he proposes implementing optical camouflage by rendering transparency on objects to be concealed.
