For uncertain 2-D state-delayed systems in the Fornasini-Marchesini second model, this paper discusses the robust H"~ filtering problem. Both filter analysis and synthesis problems are considered. Firstly, a stability condition and an H"~-norm performance condition are derived. Then a set of delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the existence of desired robust H"~ filters is expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is given in the last to show the application of the proposed filter design method.
