Abstract

This paper presents an application framework for mobile data acquisition and analysis applications that emphasizes reusability of code and design. The framework supports an embedded animal disease report and investigation system which includes a user interface, database persistence, and business logic on a system architecture which is cost-effective, robust, and platform-independent.
