This paper presents the Electronic Reflexive Portfolio (ERP), a collaborative content creation environment, which supports the teaching/learning process in constructivism-based medical courses. The ERP was developed under the concepts of Web 2.0, having a social network, AJAX tools for the content creation, and a folksonomy-based mechanism for content indexing and recovering. An evaluation of the use of PRE in the support of the medical course of Universidade Federal de Sao Carlos (UFSCar) is presented.
