Abstract

A method of solid-phase self-assembly for building DNA nanostructure in a microfluidic device is proposed in this paper. In this method, pre-assembled DNA lattice is anchored on solid surface, which gives nuclei for further growth of the lattice. Flushing out the solution around the nuclei by flow and replace it by different solution enables us stepwise self-assembly in a single chamber at the constant temperature. The results of experiment to verify feasibility of the proposed method will be shown.
