A cloud computing platform focuses on provisioning and agility of computing resources to reduce cost and time. Cloud-based technologies can be used to facilitate the creation of a cloud computing marketplace where players can easily trade computing resources with comparatively less effort and cost than otherwise conducted in traditional marketplace. In this paper, we are describing one of such marketplaces, coined as CCMarketplace (Cloud Computing Marketplace). The focus will be on the contextual description, high-level constructs and negotiation models supported by this marketplace.
