Abstract

A set of strategies is presented for computer teaching between adult and inexpert users in the handling of computers, using the notions of databases, systems engineering and computing. The steps taken to reach optimal results in a short time are reached and with reduced costs. These strategies and stratagems are the result of a long teaching process in the professional training courses of the Social European Fund on the Mediterranean basin. Simultaneously a series of practical examples or study cases used in the generation of these strategies are shown.
