Abstract

This paper presents a new design of an expanded DSS framework for e-government. Such design helps decision takers and makers to get the correct decisions. Nowadays the new trend at information society is to build e-service based on the e-government strategy and plan. E-government will make government more accountable, transparent by imbed DSS components. DSS integrated with e-government will find a methodology to facilitate the process of taking decisions. E-government evaluation is very important requirement that depend on e-service evaluation and user perspective. The proposed evaluation model for e-government is given to simplify and organize the process of evaluation. So the integration of DSS with e-government will be useful in the e-government evaluation as a whole.
