Abstract

Usability plays a fundamental role in users' acceptance of Web Applications. This factor can be improved by carrying out inspections. The goal of this master degree work is to develop a usability inspection technique based on Web applications functionalities. By focusing on the Web system's functionalities, we pretend to reduce effort during the usability problem identification stage. This could help improve inspections by reducing time and the Web applications by improving their quality.
