Abstract

This paper proposes a serious games application, Sibilla an international collaboration, that is designed for participants to experience and learn group dynamics and information management. The game design enables participants to experience and study stress-related challenges to cooperation within a synthetic but consequential and dangerous situation. The tool is a web application for competitive and cooperative training over a network that uses intelligent agents to manage the data. The present study is intended for the Workshop "Emergency Simulation".
