Abstract

This paper introduces a structured approach to extract user experience centered product requirements based on a framework that aims at linking user needs regarding mobile social media with product quality. By means of a user study with the mobile sharing service LiveShare by Cooliris we derived general guidelines and clear recommendations for product requirements.
