Abstract

A selfsynchronization method for implementing p-v&abarbelow;lued asynchronous sequential machines is given. The general clock function of each multistable type is devel&obarbelow;ped. This function is the kernel of the proposed adapt&ibarbelow;ve synchronism. An implementation of this function is given which does not depend on the number of logic levels. Constraints and advantages are discussed.
