Abstract

We present our work in assisting students who are blind to understand fundamental data structures. We have developed a system called PLUMB EXTRA3 (EXploring data sTRuctures using Audible Algorithm Animation) that conveys an algorithm animation using audio cues and speech. This extends our earlier work on presenting graphs to users who are blind.
