Implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system affects many aspects of an organisation and therefore, warrants examination through various lenses of inspection. The research described herein investigated the effect of the application of Planned Organisational Change (POC) modelling on the reported success of ERP systems initiatives. The findings presented in this paper are significant in that this research examines the subject through the lens of organisational change as a cohesive framework grounded in the change management literature.
