The aim of this study is to investigate the perception of a university's wireless student users. The research first identified key factors and indicators that are the determinants of a successful wireless campus and further employed a survey to measure the users' levels of perception. The findings and results support user satisfaction, network reliability, and wireless accessibility although user perception of wireless trust and legality were neutral. In addition to benefit the studied university in maintaining a more reliable, stable, and expansive wireless infrastructures and environment, it is hoped that this study will contribute to other educational institutions when assessing their wireless computing networks and initiatives.
