The quality of the interface, the friendliness of the contents, the quality of concepts and the capability to transfer new knowledge are all considered. Through the paper, the various aspects concerning the evaluation of e-learning products are addressed. The results, obtained during university teaching activities, show the usefulness of the survey in discriminating the relevant factors and in understanding learners' needing.
