Abstract

This paper reviews the literature, devises a framework and uses the framework to create new instruments designed to test how prepared the case study organisation is in terms of its operational sustainability and how ready the case study organisation in terms of its collaborative sustainability as a means of maximising the return on their ICT assets. The paper focuses on how important it is for organisations in the 21st Century to devise tools that enable more effective information integration, operationally and collaboratively.
