Abstract

Many Academics noticed the problem of math skills deficiency particularly with K-12 students. Math skills are essential for the development of critical thinking. It is very important for continuing education particularly in scientific specialties. In Saudi Arabia, graduate students fail to master math skills either in international or national tests. This may be owed to the in ability of the traditional way of teaching to attract the attention of the students to learn mathematics and hence a need for non-traditional and attractive way is needed. E-based learning provides interesting, meaningful, easy, accessible and enjoyable media for teaching mathematics. This project provides a proposal plan for the development of e-based math education for K-12 students which is hoped to solve many of the difficulties of math learning and hence improve critical thinking abilities.
