Business software is becoming increasingly sophisticated and powerful. At the same time, these packages are being put into the hands of inexperienced computer users. A novice must acquire both a conceptual understanding of the program's potential, and the specific procedural knowledge necessary to utilize that potential. Without adequate training this can be a time consuming and frustrating, if not impossible, task.
