From the moment the specification of a system or product to its delivery, various types of evaluations can be conducted, involving aspects such as functionality, usability, etc. This worked a framework was developed to promote the evaluation of interactive systems from the viewpoint of four perspectives: Needs, Requirements and Design Solutions, Products and Systems. The framework is based on the quality model proposed in ISO/IEC 9126 which suggests that the evaluation of the characteristics of a software is made according to three types of quality: internal quality, external quality and quality in use. The proposed framework was applied in a case study of interactive Digital TV (TVDi).
