This paper describes an overview of design and architecture of a message flow management system which manages flows of emails, called Message Flow. Emails are utilized to achieve several types of works. However, to manage email exchanges becomes a heavy load to achieve such works. For reducing such a load it is required to develop the mechanism which manages sending and receiving emails. Then, it is useful that a system provides the mechanisms for specifying a route of email delivery and for monitoring email exchanges. This route is defined as a flow of emails, called a message flow. Message Flow manages them. So, loads with respect to monitoring email exchanges among clients are reduced.
