Abstract

This paper presents the results of a project generalisingthe video textures' technique as described in [11]. The algorithmsused were generalised such that either video oraudio input clips could be used to create novel and infinitelyvarying video or audio textures'. The algorithms weretested and refined to produce acceptable results for bothforms of media, and a simple interface was developed allowingthe application to be easily extended to other formsof media commonly used in computer graphics such as motioncapture.
