Abstract

The efficient development and management of end-user e-business capability affect user performance in an e-business environment. We designed an instrument for measuring an end-user's total e-business capability that includes measurement factors and items, a measurement system, process, and method. This instrument can be a foundation for academic research related to e-business competency and contribute to the development of the e-business competency of end-users in an e-business environment.
